Seven Sharp

Featured on TVNZ's Seven Sharp, Katrina and Rachel share how music therapy transformed their stroke recovery.

With stroke support drastically reduced for survivors under 65, we're launching a 10-week Music Therapy Group in Christchurch in 2026. Music therapy reroutes brain pathways, supports neuroplasticity, and builds confidence and connection.

Help us raise $3,500 to make this program a reality.

Our Services

Music Therapy Is Effective

Music therapy uses music to support people with things like communication, movement, thinking skills, emotions and social connection. It's not about learning music, but using it in a planned, therapeutic way to reach personal goals.
